The Southern River Band

The Southern River Band, formed in 2013 in Thornlie, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, is an Australian rock band. Their initial steps included releasing their debut album Live at the Pleasuredome in November 2016. The group continued to build their discography with subsequent releases such as Rumour & Innuendo (October 2019) and Live from Rada Studios (October 2022). Their fourth album, D.I.Y., released in August 2024 under Cooking Vinyl Australia, marked their first entry into the ARIA top fifty. The band's notable singles include "The Streets Don't Lie" (April 2023). In October 2025, they released their fifth album Easier Said Than Done.
